Purpose of the Stand

This stand is intended for educational purposes – to provide an introduction to various 3D printing technologies, their operating principles, software, as well as object modeling and scanning processes. The stand is designed to develop students’ practical and theoretical skills in engineering, design, manufacturing, and other technical fields.

Technical Requirements

Power Supply: 220V / 50Hz
Workstations: minimum of 5 simultaneous learning stations
Working Environment: ventilated, dust-protected (especially for SLS processes)
Software: for 3D modeling and file preparation (e.g., Cura, PreForm, Chitubox)
Computers: connected to printers and scanners, with required operating systems and drivers

Description of Stand Components

FDM Printers: fused filament fabrication, suitable for mechanical prototypes
SLS Printers: polyamide powder printing using laser sintering
UV LCD Printers: high-precision resin printing with UV light
SLA Printers: stereolithography technology for models with superior surface quality
3D Scanners: for digitizing and reconstructing physical objects

Stand Layout

Clearly separated work zones based on technologies
SLS printers located in a separate enclosed area
UV LCD and SLA printers placed in rooms with UV protection
