The waiter/bartender training system is an innovative training stand designed for the practical training of service professionals. The system integrates:

A humanoid robot that can perform waiter and bartender functions together with students.

A food packaging module for packing orders.

A drone delivery module that ensures a seamless food delivery chain to the customer.

 

The system allows the entire service process to be simulated: from order taking, drink preparation, table or bar service, order packaging to delivery to the customer using unmanned aerial vehicle technology.
