TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Photo Studio Training Stand is designed to equip students with practical skills in photography, studio lighting, lens usage, and digital image processing. The stand is fully equipped to support the entire workflow — from image capture to review and analysis — using professional-grade equipment.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

− Develop understanding of composition, lighting, and technical parameters.
− Use wide-angle, telephoto, and fish-eye lenses for creative photography.
− Practice portrait, architectural, creative, and specialized photography techniques.
− Review and discuss work using UHD monitors, interactive screens, and TV displays.
− Edit photos using professional software applications.

PRACTICAL EXERCISES WITH EQUIPMENT

− Portrait Photography
Students use portrait lenses and mirrorless cameras to learn proper framing, lighting, and how to capture emotional depth. Softboxes and reflectors are used to create professional lighting conditions.
− Studio Lighting
During practice, students adjust combinations of light sources, explore various lighting angles, and manipulate color temperature. They learn to control background and shadow zones effectively.
− Creative Photography with Fish-Eye Lenses
By using fish-eye lenses, students experiment with unconventional compositions, perspectives, and spatial representations for creative effect.
− Architectural and Interior Photography
With wide-angle lenses, students capture buildings, spaces, and interiors while learning to maintain line integrity, balance, and appropriate lighting.
− Object Photography from a Distance
Using telephoto lenses, students simulate situations where subjects are not physically accessible — such as sports, wildlife, or environmental observation themes.
− Photography Review and Analysis
Using large monitors and TV screens, students present and discuss their work in groups, analyzing framing, lighting, and color decisions.
− Image Editing
With professional software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop), students learn to retouch images, adjust color, and build photo series.
− Teamwork in the Studio
Real studio environments are simulated, where students work in pairs or teams assuming roles such as photographer, assistant, or lighting operator.
− Drone Filming
Remote video capture is practiced using smart drone systems for aerial and dynamic perspectives.
