Equestrian training stand HORSIM1-1

GENERAL INFORMATION

Equine Training Stand – an innovative dual-module complex designed for vocational training in the fields of equine science, sports, veterinary care, and animal husbandry. The stand integrates modern technologies, simulations, and real practical activities focused on horse care and riding skills development.

The stand consists of two main educational modules that work together:

  • Module 1 – Riding Simulation Module
  • Module 2 – Horse Care and Training Module (with horse simulation block)

These modules act as a single educational platform, allowing the acquisition of comprehensive competences, from theoretical preparation to the application of practical skills.

Purpose of the Riding Simulation Module: This module is designed to provide safe and effective training in the fundamentals of riding and posture using an interactive simulator. It is used to teach both beginners and advanced students, training the rider’s balance, posture and reactions as well as assessing biomechanical parameters.

Riding simulator

  • An electromechanical simulator that simulates stride, trot and canter.
  • The integrated control system allows changing training modes.
  • Analyses the rider’s posture and provides feedback.
  • Provides training instructions on a 75″ screen with ready-to-use training materials
  • Includes sensors and display with visualisation of results.
  • Industry 4.0 compliant – data can be transferred to training platforms.

Simulator accessories:

  • Saddle – mounted on the simulator for proper riding position.
  • Saddle – placed under the saddle for comfort and protection.
  • Loops and loop straps – for realistic leg position simulations.
  • Girth – fixes the saddle on the simulator structure.
  • Bumblebee with jaws – used for practical handling training.
  • Leg guards – used to train the horse to be properly prepared for riding.

Horse care and training module (with simulation block) 5 pcs.

This module is designed to teach students how to properly care for a horse, use care and training tools, prepare the animal for riding, grooming, cleaning, dressing, shoeing and ground training.

It uses a simulated horse block (the shape of a real horse) and all the additional equipment used in the practical sessions.

Horse simulation block (representative of a horse):

  • Corresponds to the size and proportions of a live horse.
  • Made of durable fabric or plastic body with sturdy legs.
  • Used for training in tack, clothing, guards, cantharts and roping.
  • Allows safe and repeatable procedures.

Accessories for the imitation horse:

  • Canter with lead rope – used to teach leading and tying techniques.
  • Korda (lead rope) – for circle driving (longeing), practised from the ground.
  • Horse gown – for teaching how to properly dress the horse after training or against insects.
  • Bridle and saddle racks – mounted on the wall, used to keep tack neatly stored.
  • Snaffles and bridles – mounted on a simulated head section, for learning how to introduce and attach snaffles.
  • Leg guards – worn to protect the horse from injury.

Integrated stand features and benefits

  • The modular structure allows the training content to be applied in phases: simulation first, followed by care procedures.
  • Suitable for indoor use all year round, regardless of weather conditions.
  • Industry 4.0 integration with the ability to record student progress and posture.
  • A safe and reliable way of learning, especially for the development of initial skills.
  • The inventory is real, authentic and identical to that used in the care and training of sport horses.
