TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
Visual advertising manufacturer’s stand REKL1-1
GENERAL INFORMATION
The visual advertising production stand is designed for practical training and simulation of advertising production processes. The stand combines various technologies required for the creation of advertising products – from cutting, forming, and trimming materials to printing on films and the production of three-dimensional prototypes. Training materials in Lithuanian are also provided.
Functional areas and objectives
Creation of advertising product prototypes.
Cutting materials and preparing them for production.
Vacuum forming from plastic sheets.
Textile and film printing (DTF – direct-to-film technology).
Production of 3D models for advertising layouts.
Cutting and processing of various surfaces.
Integrated training in advertising production processes.
System components
| Component | Function | Quantity |
| Large format cutting device | Designed for precise cutting of various advertising materials (film, cardboard, plastic, paper). Allows you to obtain precise contours, shapes, and templates. | 1 |
| Vacuum forming device | Used to produce three-dimensional advertising elements, POS stands, and prototypes from thermoplastic sheets that are specially adapted to the shape. | 1 |
| Longitudinal cutting machine | Designed for cutting flat materials (wood, plastic, composites). Used in the production of advertising stands, frames, and structural elements. | 1 |
| Direct-to-film printing system (DTF technology) | Allows printing on special films, which are then transferred to textiles or other surfaces. Used for producing logos, inscriptions, and appliqués. | 1 |
| 3D printer | Designed for the production of three-dimensional advertising prototypes, models, and unique details from various printing materials (plastic, composites). | 1 |
Integration and training purpose:
This stand is designed to train visual advertising specialists, providing practical skills in the areas of advertising production, design, and prototyping. The equipment allows you to simulate the entire production cycle – from idea and design to the manufacture of the final product.
The following specialists are trained:
Visual advertising production technologists.
Developers of advertising product prototypes and POS elements.
Printing and film processing specialists.
3D modeling and production workers.
Advertising stand and exhibition equipment production specialists.
Training activities and opportunities:
Creation and production of advertising layouts:
Students can create two-dimensional and three-dimensional advertising layouts.
They learn everything from developing an idea (graphic design, drawings) to manufacturing the actual product.
Material processing:
Practice cutting various materials accurately: film, cardboard, plastic, wood.
They learn to adapt material cutting to the requirements of different advertising products.
Production of molds and prototypes:
Using vacuum forming equipment, students can create advertising elements, POS stands, packaging, or display products.
They develop the ability to select the right plastic and set the molding parameters.
Printing technologies (DTF):
Practical training on how to transfer designs onto textiles, films, or other surfaces.
Students create T-shirts, bags, promotional items, and stickers.
3D prototyping:
Students learn to model 3D programs and produce physical prototypes with a 3D printer.
Applications: logo mockups, interactive promotional objects, awards, unique details.
Structure manufacturing:
Wooden and plastic structures are prepared using longitudinal cutting machines and used in the manufacture of advertising stands and frames.
Work safety, precision, and material economy are taught.
Competencies that students will acquire
Design and implementation of visual advertising from concept to product.
Knowledge and application of digital printing technologies.
Working with vacuum forming technologies and material selection.
3D modeling and prototyping.
Production of advertising structures and stands.
Skills that meet the real needs of advertising production companies.
