GENERAL INFORMATION

The training stand is designed for practical and theoretical training in accordance with the Sensor and Data Control Technician program. The system allows students to acquire the knowledge and skills required in the modern fields of industrial automation, sensors, and data management. The comprehensive training equipment combines a real technical base, a smart software environment, and simulation tools that enable learning according to Industry 4.0 principles.

Stand composition and functionality

Sensor base equipment set

The set includes various types of industrial sensors: proximity, distance, light, pressure, temperature, and other sensors. The equipment is mounted on a conveyor system that allows practical tests to be carried out with object detection, measurement, and signal transmission. Students learn the principles of sensor operation, connection methods, adjustment, calibration, and fault diagnosis.

Smart and industrial sensor learning kit

The kit consists of laser sensors, RFID recognition sensors, temperature sensors, and a controller. The kit is designed for the integration of smart sensors into automated systems and data transmission networks. It allows for the analysis of signal processing, data transmission, and sensor interaction with controllers and network systems.

Festo LX cloud-based learning system

An interactive learning platform with an integrated artificial intelligence module. The content covers topics such as sensor types, smart sensors, sensor theory, laboratory work, smart learning, industrial communication and networks, and the basics of Industry 4.0. License for 100 users for five years. The system ensures a modern blended learning process – from theory to practical laboratory tasks.

FluidSIM Electrical Engineering software

Simulation software for modeling electrical circuits and sensor systems. It allows students to create, test, and analyze control and signal diagrams in a virtual environment before implementing them with real equipment. The program is used for laboratory work and project activities.

Networks and IT Security Training Kit

A kit designed for teaching the basics of industrial data networks and information security. Students learn how to configure networks, create secure data transmission channels, identify threats, and apply security measures. The kit consists of a workbook and software.

Cybersecurity and Data Protection Training Kit

The system allows you to simulate an industrial network environment, run typical cyber attack scenarios, and apply security measures. Students learn to implement firewalls, encryption methods, and risk prevention measures required in automated systems.

Compact Industry 4.0 training system CP Lab 408-1

This is a modular training platform with eight application modules that simulate smart manufacturing processes. The system allows the integration of sensors, drives, PLC controllers, and data transmission networks, thus recreating real manufacturing process conditions. It is used for various practical projects and automation scenarios.

Industrial 4.0 training station “Big Data”

Designed for big data analysis, collecting data from connected sensors and their systems. It allows for technical maintenance analysis, fault diagnostics, and predictive maintenance—smart fault prediction. Students learn to apply data analysis methods, interpret results, and optimize processes according to real-life scenarios.
